1. Pick up is available from our Grab n Go during regular business hours.
2. You may also go to our calendar page and sign up for a pick up session where we will put together your meals for you and you just come by and pick up.
3. You may call ahead and reserve a meal for dinner, just ask us not to freeze the meal and pick it up on your way home!
